About the SBF 120 index

The SBF 120 index is composed of the 120 most active stocks on the Paris stock exchange, i.e. the 40 components of the CAC 40 index plus 80 stocks quoted continuously on the Premier Marché, the Second Marché and the Nouveau Marché.

Liquidity is measured by four indicators: trading value, daily trading volume, daily turnover and bid/ask spread. The calculations are based on data for the twelve preceding months and are made by Euronext's Expert Commission for stock market indices (le Conseil Scientifique des Indices).
