RBA Commitment

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is an industry initiative championing social and environmental responsibility. As a Member of the RBA, Semtech fully supports the vision and goals of the RBA. Semtech is required to complete a Self-assessment Questionnaire that assesses our adherence to the RBA Code of Conduct. In addition, we have implemented an internal audit program to monitor compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct. Suppliers that do not meet the standard set by the RBA Code of Conduct are offered training through the RBA and are removed from our supply chain if non-compliance persists.​

Social and Environmental Responsibility

Semtech is committed to building sustainable communities which includes operating our business in a manner that minimizes our impact on the environment. As a result, Semtech tracks and documents energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions at the corporate level.
Semtech also upholds human rights as described in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and we are taking steps to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Conflict Minerals

Our Conflict Minerals program includes due diligence measures which are consistent with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. We file our Conflict Minerals Report annually with the Securities Exchange Commission.​
