To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we recommend the following steps:

1. Contact your reseller or device manufacturer

If you purchased your Sierra Wireless product from a reseller or distributor, please contact your reseller directly for technical support. 

If you are looking for firmware or documentation for a wireless module embedded in your laptop, tablet or other personal mobile device, please contact the device manufacturer as Sierra Wireless does not provide end user support.

If you are looking for support for an AirCard hotspot, USB modem or other mobile broadband device, please contact Netgear.

2. Search our technical documentation

You can use the search box on our general Support page or in the Source.

3. Search the Developer Forum

Search the Developer Forum to see if the issue you are experiencing has already been discussed and resolved.

4. Ask the developer community

If you can't find a solution to your issue in the Developer Forum history, you may post your own question (registration required). Both community members and Sierra Wireless technical experts offer support through the Forum. 

5. Submit a Support ticket

If you are unable to resolve your issue after having tried all the steps above, and if your company has a current Support Agreement with Sierra Wireless, please use the Direct Support form (customer login required).
