The XR60 router comes with AirLink Complete: hardware warranty, technical support, and remote management capabilities through the ALMS management platform.
Members of the advocate program will gain access to ALMS for an initial, renewable 1-year period.

Verizon Frontline and Public Sector MSAs are eligible to apply for the program. To participate, you must be a Verizon employee for the duration of your use of the backpack. Acceptance into the program is at Semtech’s sole discretion and is subject to backpack availability and compliance with the following commitments.

Verizon Frontline and Public Sector MSAs can apply for the program. Acceptance in the program is at Semtech’s sole discretion and is based on backpack availability and the fulfillment of program commitments, such as completing training and engaging in field opportunities. Created field opportunities must be documented through deal registrations in the Semtech partner portal.
The backpack includes the AirLink® XR60 5G Router, high-performance industrial and mobile antennas, an AC power adapter, and a USB battery pack. It also gives you access to the AirLink Management Service (ALMS) platform for configuring, monitoring and managing your AirLink router, so you have everything you need to demonstrate the solution. ALMS access is included for one year from the date the backpack is received. To continue access beyond this period, a request must be submitted to Semtech, subject to approval based on customer opportunities created.

Semtech will monitor customer engagement through deal registrations and created opportunities. If engagement is deemed insufficient, Semtech reserves the right to request the return of the backpack and its equipment. In such cases, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return the equipment, including packaging guidelines. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
No, the backpack is not a gift or an item for resale. It is a demo kit provided for the purpose of field testing and demonstrating solutions to end customers. Participants are expected to use it strictly for these activities.
