Advances in the Industrial IoT (IIoT) have made it easier for industrial original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to remotely monitor and troubleshoot their industrial assets.

The data made available by IIoT technologies has proven to be instrumental in enabling OEMs to improve operational efficiency, enable better and improved predictive maintenance, build new, service-driven revenue models, along with steering product and service innovations by better understanding how their customers use their products.
