Download instructions:

1. Select the Download Now button to start the download process.
2. You must confirm the service provider and platform of the download in the page that appears, and click the Download Now button in that window to access the executable file.
3. From the File Download window that appears, select the option to, "Save this Program to Disk" and click OK.
4. In the Save As dialog box, in the "Save in" field, select Desktop. Leave the File name unchanged. Click Save.

NOTE: The PC3300 software update includes new firmware that will be loaded into the modem when you run the new software the first time.

5. On the desktop, double-click the downloaded file (Sprint CM.exe) to extract the installer and start the installation process.
6. Follow the installation wizard prompts to complete the software installation.

7. Start the Sprint Connection Manager program and Insert the PC3300 when prompted. If the firmware in your PC3300 is older than this release, you will be advised to upgrade.
8. Follow the prompts to install the firmware. The upgrade process may take 2 to 3 minutes.
9. Upon completion, close the update windows.

Both the PC3300 and the notebook PC are now updated. Following the update, it is safe to delete the downloaded installation file.
