Please contact your wireless service provider for first level technical support and information on how to return your AirCard for warranty repair. Sierra Wireless carrier partners handle all first level technical support and will transfer any modem identified troubles to Sierra Wireless.

You must be within your carrier’s coverage area and there must not be a network outage in your current location. Sierra Wireless Technical support cannot assist with network or account issues.
