Cingular Communication Manager users - Please upgrade your AirCard as follows:

Those using Sierra Wireless's Watcher please see the Watcher Software Downloads link above.

Please download and run the following patch while your AirCard 710 or AirCard 750 is installed in your notebook. Detailed instructions for this process are below. This patch will work for all Cingular customers using Communications Manager.

To download and run the patch follow the procedures below:

1. Click here to download the AirCard 7x0 Patch Tool.
2. From the File Download window that appears, select the option to Save this Program to Disk and click OK.
3. In the Save As dialog box, in the Save in field, select Desktop. Leave the File name as AC7x0patch02.exe and click Save.
4. From the Download complete window, click Close.
5. Ensure your AirCard 710 or AirCard 750 is installed in your notebook
6. On the desktop, double click on AC7x0patch02.exe. This will power down the AirCard and request it is not to be removed during this procedure.
7. Click on Continue
8. The progress area will read that the Patch is being applied and roughly 15 seconds later, it should prompt that Patch is successfully updated.
9. Click on OK and Watcher will show that the device is powered up and is ready to be used.
