Watcher Versions

Resolutions

There are 2 different Watcher and Wireless Expert products.

1. There is a version of the product for all Sierra Wireless products of the type: SBxxx, MPxxx and AirCard 210.

2. There is a version of the product for the Sierra Wireless Aircard 300 and 350.

Ensure that you have the latest version of the software on your computer. To check the version of the software that you are running, launch watcher and click onHelp>About. This will bring up an information box, and in the top right hand corner will be the Watcher Version number.

Choose the correct version of Watcher/Wireless Expert for your product. The instructions on the website will help you to download the file and install it on your computer.

Note: Before you install the new version of Watcher/Wireless expert, you need to remove previous installations of Watcher/Wireless expert. This is done by going to Start>Settings>Control Panel and selecting the Add/Remove Programs icon. Highlighting the Watcher program in the list of installed programs and clicking on the Add/Remove button will remove the old version of the watcher program.
