Resolution
Most, if not all, Internet Service Providers limit mail server access while sending email, to clients within their Internet IP domain. This is usually done to prevent outside spammers from using their servers. Unfortunately, this also means that since your wireless IP address is not part of the ISP's IP domain, that they will refuse the connection. Possible solutions are: obtain an email account thru your wireless service provider, use an IMAP4 mail client, convince your ISP to change their policy or use web-based email.
