Symptoms
Watcher displays "Registration denied" messages at startup.
Resolution
1. Check the NEI (IP address) in the Sierra Wireless Toolkit to ensure that it matches the NEI issued by the service provider. If the NEI is incorrect, run Wireless Expert and enter the correct NEI.
2. If the NEI is correct, call your Network service provider (carrier) and ask to have your NEI reset. Service provider telephone numbers are listed below.
