Ensure that you have the correct version of Software installed.

1. Go to Start>Programs

2. Do you see the icons for Watcher, Wireless Expert and Toolkit? NO

3. If you do see the icons listed above, Launch AirCard Toolkit.

4. Look in the top right hand corner of the screen (below the clock)

5. Do you see the number 1.0.6 (this is the watcher version)
