Sierra Wireless has invested in two (2) Satimo Stargate 64 RF testing and design chambers. One located in our Richmond office, and the other in Carlsbad, CA. These are used to provide fast and reliable RF measurements for any wireless system.

The testing mechanism is based on a patented modulated scattering technique, which enables very efficient antenna performance measurements through the use of a static probe antenna array. The system can provide testing on form-factors from handsets and PC Cards size, to laptops, and objects as large as humans. Other RF test systems can take weeks to gather and aggregate data, while Sierra Wireless’ Satimo system provides near real-time results, as well as:
