Deploy AirLink® devices faster and reduce your operational costs with our device management cloud application. AirVantage™ Management Service remotely configures, deploys, and monitors AirLink gateways over-the-air and makes managing a thousand devices as easy as managing ten.

The task-based user interface (UI) makes it easy to customize ALEOS™ parameters for your industrial, transportation, or enterprise application. In addition to optimizing connection settings, AirVantage enables you to setup custom security, networking, and routing parameters, and activate GPS location-tracking protocols.

The interactive monitoring dashboard and map shows the status, signal strength, and location of all AirLink gateways deployed. Drill down to quickly troubleshoot devices or update older versions of firmware with one-click. Advanced heartbeat reporting and custom alerts can be setup to notify you when devices go offline, resulting in faster issue identification, less downtime, and fewer field trips.

Configuration Utility Tool

AceManager is our ALEOS configuration utility tool that is available with all AirLink gateways. It provides a comprehensive configuration environment to remotely configure and deploy one gateway at a time. However, once a single device is configured and installed using AceManager, a template can be created to program other devices with the same parameter values.

AceManager features include:

  • Monitoring of network connection, throughput, and signal strength
  • Real-time device status and health checks
  • Comprehensive OTA device configuration
  • Events reporting interface
  • PPP, TCP, UDP, or SMS connection protocols
