Sierra Wireless AirCard® software is designed to meet the unique needs of wireless network operators, enterprise IT departments, and AirCard users–mobile consumers and mobile workers.

Consumers

All Sierra Wireless AirCard mobile broadband modems come with the Sierra Wireless AirCard Watcher™ connection manager software built in and is also generally available for all operator branded Sierra Wireless AirCard modems. AirCard Watcher software connects you to wireless networks with a single click, and keeps you informed using clear indicators for modem status, network status, and more. It’s easy to install and use. AirCard Watcher and AirCard Watcher updates can be downloaded from the Sierra Wireless Support and Downloads section of this site. Simply select your AirCard modem from the downloads menu to access the software specific to the selected device.

Enterprises

Enterprise IT managers need a low-effort solution to manage multiple mobile broadband modems operating on multiple operator networks. Sierra Wireless offers a single connection manager that does just that and offers additional features and benefits that reduce the IT support burden of installing, maintaining, and managing software and hardware from multiple operators and OEMs.

Built on the reliable AirCard Watcher platform, AirCard Enterprise Watcher is a connection manager that runs on the user’s laptop and works with Sierra Wireless AirCard modems so users can connect to the Internet easily, track data usage, monitor network performance, and be well-informed of their connection status, modem status and much more. Specific to the IT manager, AirCard Enterprise Watcher also offers deployment management features to enable the IT manager greater control over allowed feature sets, deployment and administration so that enterprise wide mobile broadband can be added to the IT-supported portfolio within the existing networking and security policy.
