When applying for an opportunity at Sierra Wireless, this is what you can expect in regards to our recruitment and selection process:

Step 1: Your application
Create a profile and submit your application on our Global Opportunities page.

Step 2: Assessment
Sierra Wireless has a team of human resources professionals who will review your application and assess your skills and experience for the position to which you applied and other opportunities as they become available.

Step 3: Short-listing
Applicants who qualify may be short-listed for a telephone interview.

Step 4: Interview
Successful candidates may be invited to attend one or more in-person, phone or video conference interviews. Interviews are our opportunity to learn more about you, your qualifications and suitability for the position. It is also an opportunity for you, the applicant, to learn about Sierra Wireless and the role to which you applied.

Step 5: Reference check
After we have had a chance to interview you and learn more about you, we will contact you to discuss the next steps in the process. Successful candidates will be asked to provide at least three professional references and will possibly undergo identity, education (including technical and professional qualifications) and criminal checks.

Step 6: Selection
After moving through the entire recruitment process, selection will be made regarding candidates fit to our organizational goals, corporate culture, and shared values.

As a successful candidate you will have an employment offer extended in a written offer letter. You will also receive a welcome package including a comprehensive overview of our benefits.
