	Jason W. Cohenour Chief Executive Officer Jason Cohenour has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Wireless, Inc. since 2005. Jason joined Sierra Wireless in 1996 as Vice President of Sales, and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales in 2000. He served as Chief Operating Officer from August 2004 to October 2005 leading global sales, marketing and operations activities. Active in the development of the wireless data industry since 1988, Jason was previously Regional Vice President with Ram Mobile Data. Jason began his wireless career in 1988 with Motorola's Mobile Data Division, where he helped establish Motorola as a leading provider of wireless data solutions. Jason also serves as an independent director on the board of Epic Data Inc. (TSX: EKD).
	David McLennan Chief Financial Officer David McLennan joined Sierra Wireless in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Prior to that, David spent approximately 10 years in a variety of senior management positions within the BCE group of companies. He served with Bell Canada as Chief Financial Officer and with Bell ExpressVu initially as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as President and Chief Operating Officer. David is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and earlier in his career he spent a number of years in the investment business as a research analyst at Nesbitt Thomson.
	James B. Kirkpatrick Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer, Jim is responsible for Sierra Wireless’s intellectual property portfolio, technology roadmap, relationships with key technology partners, and leading an experienced engineering team in the development of advanced wireless products. Jim brings more than 20 years of experience in communications equipment design to Sierra Wireless, with emphasis on developing wireless products for markets worldwide. Jim joined Sierra Wireless as Senior Vice President of Engineering in 2003. Prior to that, Jim was Senior Vice President of Engineering for AirPrime, Inc. from 2000 to 2002, then CEO from 2002 until 2003, when AirPrime was acquired by Sierra Wireless. Earlier in his career, Jim spent seven years at Denso International America, Inc. as Vice President of Wireless Technologies and Senior Hardware Director, and eight years at Hughes Aircraft Co. as Senior RF Staff Engineer, where he spearheaded advanced R&D of spaceborne frequency synthesizers and receivers for DoD applications.
	Andrew Berman Senior Vice President and General Manager, AirLink™ Business Unit Andrew Berman is responsible for the Sierra Wireless AirLink™ business. Andrew joined Sierra Wireless from AirLink Communications, where he spent nearly three years as Chief Executive Officer before the company was acquired by Sierra Wireless in 2007. While at AirLink, Andrew led the company through a period of strong growth and helped establish the company as a leader in high value fixed and mobile wireless data solutions for industrial, enterprise, transportation and public safety applications. Before joining AirLink, Andrew was an Executive Director in America Online’s Business Affairs unit, where he structured, negotiated and managed strategic alliances with high visibility clients including the NFL, MLB Advanced Media, NASCAR, the NBA, CNN and Sports Illustrated. Prior to his move into corporate management, he practiced law for eleven years in San Francisco.
	Bill Dodson Senior Vice President, Operations Bill Dodson is Senior Vice President, Operations for Sierra Wireless. Bill has overall responsibility for the Company's operations including manufacturing and supply as well as customer service. Bill has a strong background in computer industry supply chain management and business models. Prior to joining Sierra Wireless in 2002, Bill was Vice President of Global Operations for Gateway Computers where he was responsible for strategic planning, development and implementation of global manufacturing and supply chain programs. He previously worked with Toshiba America Information Systems as Director of Operations - Desktop and Server manufacturing, and as Director of Business Planning.
	Didier Dutronc Senior Vice President, Marketing Regional General Manager, Europe Didier Dutronc is responsible for global marketing and product management activities for Sierra Wireless. Didier joined Sierra Wireless in March 2009 from Wavecom, where he served as Vice President and Head of Asia-Pacific Region, and as Managing Director of Wavecom Asia Pacific Ltd. Prior to taking this position in September of 2004, he was Vice President of the Personal Communications Device Business Division. Didier joined Wavecom in March 2003. Prior to joining Wavecom, he served as Worldwide VP Sales and Marketing for Alcatel Optronics from 1997 to 2000 and served as President and CEO of Alcatel Optronics, Inc., in Dallas, Texas from 2000 to 2003. Prior to joining Alcatel, Didier held positions at Analog Devices and Texas Instruments.
	Philippe Guillemette Senior Vice President, Advanced Technology Philippe Guillemette is responsible for driving advanced technology initiatives and long range product and solution strategy for Sierra Wireless. Philippe joined Sierra Wireless in March 2009 from Wavecom, where he served as Chief Technology Officer since 2003 and Vice President of Marketing since 2005. Philippe joined Wavecom in 1993 and held various positions there, including Vice President of Research and Development, Vice President of Technology, and Director of Software Development. Prior to joining Wavecom, Mr. Guillemette was a software engineer at Nortel Networks.
	Dan Schieler Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales Dan Schieler is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Sierra Wireless, responsible for leading global sales, distribution and pre-sales technical support functions. Dan joined Sierra Wireless as Vice President of North American Sales in 2003. Prior to joining Sierra Wireless, Dan was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for AirPrime Inc., responsible for driving AirPrime's sales strategy, and managing a highly experienced international sales team focused on developing customer relationships with AirPrime OEM partners around the world. Dan’s extensive experience as an international OEM sales and marketing leader includes positions as AirPrime's Senior Director of OEM Sales and Strategic Partnerships, and Director of OEM Sales for the Central and Eastern United States. Prior to joining AirPrime, Dan worked for Xircom's OEM division where he managed accounts with top-tier OEM computing manufacturers.
	Pierre Teyssier Senior Vice President, Engineering Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific Pierre Teyssier holds overall responsibility for global engineering and product development activities for Sierra Wireless. Pierre joined Sierra Wireless in March 2009 from Wavecom, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Smart Business Solutions. Prior to joining Wavecom in 2001, he worked for Axiohm, where he was Director of Manufacturing, holding numerous positions from 1989 to 2000 including: manufacturing manager, plant manager, and director of purchasing and logistics. From 1988 to 1989 he worked at Enerdis as a software engineer.
	Emmanuel Walckenaer Senior Vice President and General Manager, AirVantage™ Business Unit Emmanuel Walckenaer is responsible for the Sierra Wireless AirVantage™ business. Emmanuel joined Sierra Wireless in March 2009 from Wavecom, where he served as Vice President of Intelligent Device Services from 2007 to 2009. Emmanuel brings 20 years of experience in service business management to Sierra Wireless. During his ten-year career at Gemplus (now Gemalto), he created the Over-the-Air software offering complete with a support hotline and training unit. He also headed up the EMEA wireless service branch and set up the North and South American Gemplus service organizations to support both telecom and ID Security. At Gemplus he also served as Senior VP for the Wireless Product Telecom Business Unit. Prior to Gemplus, Emmanuel held various positions in IT, marketing, and business development at Esso.
